ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGE IN CHARTER CAPITAL OF AEON FINANCE

Pursuant to:

The Law on Credit Institutions 2024 and its amendments and supplements;
License for Establishment and Operation No. 96/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (“SBV”) dated 28 September 2018;
Decision No. 164/QĐ-NHNN dated 24 January 2025 and Decision No. 2882/QĐ-QLGS6 dated 24 October 2025 of the SBV on amendments to the License for Establishment and Operation;
Decision No. 07/QĐ-QLGS6 dated 04 February 2026 of the SBV on the amendment of charter capital information in the License for Establishment and Operation of AEON Finance,

AEON Finance respectfully announces information relating to the capital increase as follows:

The charter capital of AEON Consumer Finance Company Limited is VND 1,550,000,000,000 (One trillion five hundred and fifty billion Vietnamese dong), wholly owned (100%) by AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd. The charter capital of AEON Consumer Finance Company Limited is VND 1,830,000,000,000 (One trillion eight hundred and thirty billion Vietnamese dong), wholly owned (100%) by AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd.
