Break Through – A Course on Creating Career Breakthroughs

On August 24-25, 2024, the Operations - Credit Approval Division of PTF successfully organized a training course titled “Break Through – Creating Innovation in Your Career.”

Throughout the program, under the guidance of Trainer Donnie Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, participants engaged in hands-on activities, shared insights, and developed self-awareness through a set of five key principles: 

SLOW  - SENSITIVE  - SMILE  - SEARCH INSIDE  - SERVE 

The course not only provided participants with fresh perspectives on their own thoughts and emotions but also created an opportunity for everyone to listen, understand, and connect through personal life stories shared by colleagues. From these experiences, we all gained valuable lessons and insights for personal growth.

Closing the two-day journey filled with both laughter and heartfelt moments, the training ignited a spark of inspiration in every participant. Let’s look back at some memorable moments, and we hope that all PTFers will achieve new breakthroughs in their careers!
