PTF Teambuilding 2024 – The Journey of Connection

A strong team is built on a foundation of connection, where every member feels like an essential part of the whole and plays a crucial role in the collective success. With this in mind, PTF organized a Teambuilding event for all employees across the country under the slogan "One Team - One Direction."

Teambuilding has become an annual tradition at PTF, a highly anticipated event that fosters teamwork and strengthens bonds among all members.

Held in two stunning cities, Ha Long and Nha Trang, between July and August 2024, PTF's Teambuilding event brought together over 500 employees from offices nationwide.

During this journey, participants had the opportunity to explore the unique charms of these seemingly familiar yet surprising cities—from delicious seafood to breathtaking natural landscapes.

Adding to the excitement, the Gala Dinner "One Team - One Direction" featured lively in-house performances from various departments and engaging team games, creating a vibrant and unified atmosphere for the PTF family.
