Protect Your Personal Information and Credit Card Security

In today's digital era, personal data and financial security are increasingly at risk. To safeguard your personal and credit card information, PTF recommends the following five key precautions:

1. Secure Your Information During Online Transactions

✅ Only make payments on reputable websites with security certificates.
✅ Avoid saving credit card details on websites after making online transactions.
✅ Do not share personal information on forums or social media.

2. Keep Your Card Safe at Retail & Service Points

✅ Always keep your card within sight when making payments.
✅ Use a security sticker to cover the CVV code (three-digit security code) on the back of your card.
✅ Be cautious when withdrawing cash at ATMs—avoid machines with unusual appearances and always shield your PIN when entering it.

3. Protect Your Account

✅ Never share your username, password, or OTP with anyone, including PTF employees.

4. Safeguard Your Credit Card PIN

✅ Never disclose your PIN to anyone, including PTF employees.
✅ Avoid using easily guessable PINs, such as your date of birth.

5. Avoid Unsecured Public Wi-Fi

✅ Do not connect personal devices (phones, laptops, etc.) to public Wi-Fi networks that lack security measures.
✅ Avoid using your credit card for online shopping while connected to public Wi-Fi.

If you suspect any fraudulent activity, report it immediately to the authorities and contact PTF’s Customer Service Center for prompt assistance.

Stay vigilant and protect your financial security!
